Terms of Sale

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or any unforeseen failures to deliver which we are not held responsible for.

In order to purchase goods or services from The Cricket Hub via this website, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Cricket Hub retains the right to refuse any purchase request at our discretion.

1. Pricing and Availability

The Cricket Hub prices are stated in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. Failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with sample, description, or other unintentional causes may result in some items being unavailable. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you to advise as such.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.

1. Payment

Your payment card will be debited once your order has been accepted. All products remain the property of The Cricket Hub until your order has been processed and dispatched.

1. Gift Vouchers

The Cricket Hub Gift Voucher Conditions:

• Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for products or services only and not for cash
• Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Vouchers will not be refunded in cash or replaced
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Gift Vouchers are in $AUD only
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used as payment online
• Promotional or Bonus Vouchers may be issued from time to time. Please note these vouchers are issued for purposes separate to Gift Vouchers and are at no cost to the purchaser. They do however remain subject to the above conditions, with the exception of expiry length which will be stipulated on the individual voucher, along with any other specific terms.

Links on the The Cricket Hub website to external entities are not covered within these Terms and Conditions. The Cricket Hub will not take responsibility for the content on linked sites or your use of those sites, as you enter any other website at your own risk.

Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, The Cricket Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of purchasing product from this website. By placing an order on the website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and as such release The Cricket Hub from any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tasmania, Australia.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and The Cricket Hub. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of The Cricket Hub.
