Change of Mind Returns
Australian Consumer Law states that the retailer is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind after purchase. The Cricket Hub may however offer an exchange or store credit for items that are returned in saleable condition with proof of purchase, all original packaging and tags attached and within 14 days of purchase. Change of mind returns will not be provided on Gift Vouchers.
You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the products you’ve purchased have a manufacturer fault. The Cricket Hub may choose to repair, replace the item or provide a refund at our discretion. Please call into our store during business hours with your product and receipt, or alternatively, you can email email@example.com stating the product description and fault, and include an image and receipt number in the email.
The Cricket Hub always endeavours to process warranty returns within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with ACCC Consumer Guarantees. Items deemed faulty may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. If there is a major fault with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the item purchased has a minor fault, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe, or provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, The Cricket Hub will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Please note that the warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
You are entitled to an exchange if we unfortunately deliver a product that is not the same as the item depicted on our website. Please call into our store during business hours with your product and receipt, or alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the product description and include an image and receipt number in the email.
Bonus Voucher with Purchase
Where a Bonus Voucher is issued at the time of, or as a result of the purchase, the Bonus Voucher must also be returned with the merchandise to qualify for a full exchange or refund. Where the Bonus Voucher has been fully or partially redeemed, the amount redeemed will be deducted from any available refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. The Australian Consumer Law however does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product or service depending on the nature of the goods or service, price paid and any representations made about the goods or service. The Cricket Hub will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
