The 2025/26 line-up delivers what Kahuna aficionados have come to expect, with some adjustments to meet the demands of the modern game. Featuring a mid-high profile for superb pick up and bat speed, our expert craftsman has slightly adjusted the spine towards the toe to further aid pickup and maintain a full profile. Used by some of the world’s best like Alyssa Healy, Sam Konstas and Josh Inglis, rest assured you’ll be wielding great willow with the Kahuna.
Pro 5.0 is the lowest grade of English willow that Kookaburra offers in a natural finish. The grains may not be perfectly straight, it may have some imperfections in the playing area and have some heartwood present. However, they are still cosmetically acceptable and offer great value and performance. These will be factory fitted with a clear facing.
Kookaburra Pre-Prepared (KPP) is a process developed to help minimise the time between purchasing your new Kookaburra bat and taking it out to the crease. This bat has been fitted with a clear Xtra Tec sheet on the face of the bat to add extra protection. We have pressed the blade and boned the edges for extra durability. All you will need to do is apply 1-2 coats of linseed oil to the exposed areas of willow (DO NOT oil the splice joint / shoulders) to seal the natural moisture content into the willow. Kookaburra still recommends starting with older balls and low speed throw downs before facing a new ball. Regardless of a bat receiving the KPP service, and any additional knocking in, it is natural for a bat the to have some surface cracks and general wear and tear after use.

Express delivery orders up to 22kg that are placed for delivery within Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $25.
Express Delivery orders are delivered by Australia Post and should arrive to Tasmanian locations within 1 business weekday, with a 1-3 business weekday wait expected for other areas within Australia. Parcel tracking is included.
