Terms and Conditions

I/WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.The applicant certifies that the information contained herein is complete and accurate and understands that it is to be used to determine the amount and conditions of the credit to be extended.

2. The Applicant must notify The Cricket Hub in writing no later than 14 days after any change to the billing contact, and any change, alteration or addition in the Applicant club’s internal structure and management.

3. The applicant consents to the obtaining of credit and/or other information to be used at any time in connection to the account hereby applied for; and consents to and authorises the release of any credit and financial information by any trade reference and credit reporting agencies, and expressly consents to The Cricket Hub Tasmania obtaining a consumer credit report of the undersigned, and a business credit report of the applicant for the purposes of evaluating credit worthiness.

4. All Invoices are to be paid within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Credit facilities may only continue if payment is maintained in accordance with those agreed trading terms.
- a. The preferred payment is by direct deposit to the banking details found on the invoice.
- b. A $35 fee will be assessed on any received checks that are returned by the bank because of insufficient funds.
- c. Claims arising from invoice must be presented to The Cricket Hub in writing within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
- d. Any reasonable expense and/or costs or disbursements incurred by The Cricket Hub in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and legal costs shall be paid by the Applicant.

5. It is expressly understood and agreed that this credit arrangement may be terminated at any time by The Cricket Hub. In that event, all monies owing to The Cricket Hub will be immediately due and payable.

6. Ownership to any Products shall pass to the Applicant once the full payment of the invoice is received by The Cricket Hub in full. Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to the Applicant upon collection of said Products.

Authorisation

The undersigned warrant that I am/we are authorised to sign this Account Application on behalf of the Club and that the information provided in this Account Application is true, accurate and correct and is supplied for the purpose of obtaining credit.

I/we understand that the payment terms for invoices from The Cricket Hub Tasmania are fourteen (14) days from the date of issue, and I/we agree to ensure that payment is made within these terms.
